Our goal is to add value by streamlining the repossession process with a single point of contact for updates and invoicing.

When SRA receives a repossession assignment our client will receive an update within 24 hours, if the vehicle is not popped. In many cases, the collateral will be recovered within 1-3 days. For those assignments that are open longer, due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive progress updates every 24 hours. Our updates contain detailed information, such as time of day the location run occurred as well as a description of the home or work address.

Once the collateral has been recovered, our team will update the client with detailed information regarding the repossession effort. The collateral will immediately go to a secured lot for a condition report, photos and storage of any personals found during the repossession. A soft copy of the condition report and photos will be archived for an additional 3 years
